MeanChess keeps everything on your device. No account, no tracking, no analytics, no ads.
- Your drilling progress, mastery and streaks are stored locally on your device. They never leave it and are never sent to us.
- There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email, or any personal details.
- There are no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers in the app.
- Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device — they are not sent from any server, and we don’t know whether you receive them.
- If you subscribe to MeanChess Pro, the purchase is handled by Apple and by our subscription provider, RevenueCat. They receive purchase and transaction details tied to a random, anonymous identifier — not your name or email — solely so the app knows your subscription is active and can restore it.
- You can cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings; we never see your payment information.
